The MINI UNIVERSAL MATE-N-LOK PIN CONTACT is designed for use in both plug and cap housings. It features a gold-plated contact section for enhanced conductivity and durability, with a minimum thickness of 0.00076mm extending 3.2mm from the tip end, over a nickel underplate. This contact is suitable for wire ranges of 22-18 AWG with an insulation diameter of 1.5-2.4mm. An optional specification allows for a maximum insulation diameter of 3.4mm for two-wire crimp applications.
