Glenair's MIL-DTL-38999 Series III and IV connectors are industry-standard, high-reliability interconnect solutions designed for harsh military and aerospace environments. Series III features a triple-start thread for quick, secure mating and resistance to galling, while Series IV offers a robust 90-degree quarter-turn breech-lock mechanism with visual, tactile, and audible engagement confirmation. Both series provide environmental sealing for backshell attachment, scoop-proof designs for contact protection, and integrated grounding for effective EMI shielding. They support all MIL-STD-1560 insert arrangements and are available in environmental and hermetic classes.
