The ITT Cannon SURE-SEAL Series 2 connectors are designed for demanding applications requiring high reliability and safety, particularly in the transportation field. These field-serviceable and sealed connectors meet automotive and industrial standards for vibration, shock, temperature cycling, and exposure to various fluids and gases. They offer a reliable, watertight, and low-cost solution for heavy vehicles, trucks, buses, motorcycles, agricultural equipment, golf carts, outdoor lighting, portable construction signs, and insulation monitors in electric buses. The simple, one-piece molded rubber body design reduces installation costs, requiring no additional parts besides contacts for a complete sealed interconnect. With positive locking latches, polarization keys, and a simple two-step assembly process, SURE-SEAL connectors ensure proper contact engagement and minimize installation time and cost. They provide excellent cost/performance ratio and are engineered for life in harsh environments.
